Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your legal name, address, phone number and email address.  All property Purchases shall be subject to a written offer to purchase and contract agreement. Any property Purchase that is not paid in full at the time of closing shall be dictated by the language in the offer to purchase and contract agreement.

Returns

All real estate sales are final and non refundable and dictated by the written offer to purchase and sale agreement.

Refunds

Any down payment or payment received for the purchase of land shall held as a deposit and fully refundable until a written offer to purchase and contract agreement is fully ratified for the chose property, after such time, any and all payments made shall be subject to the terms and conditions contained in the executed offer to purchase and contract.  Any payment received in conjunction with a previously closed property shall be dictated by the offer to purchase and contract agreement along with the associated closing documents detailing the financing payment terms and conditions.
